Fresh Products:

• Fresh Vegetables and other perishable items are not eligible for return or exchange due to their nature.

Non-Fresh Products:

• Returns or exchanges for non-fresh products are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement if it is for Normal Delivery. After this period, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Requests:

• To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the return within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Payment Policy

Upfront Payment:

• A 50% upfront payment is required at the time of placing the order.

Remaining Payment:

• The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the products.
